NOTICE OF RESOLUTION: BE IT RESOLVED that the SAA bylaws, Schedule 1, Classes of Membership be amended as follows: A regular member being a licensed auctioneer or the named principal of a licensed auction company, conducting live, timed online, live online, virtual bidding, or hosting a bidding platform, in the Province of Saskatchewan. Moved by Riley McChesney, Seconded by Kelly Clarke. Discussion and vote will take place at the virtual AGM to be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10:00 am.
