The board of directors will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, via Zoom. In addition to the regular house keeping agenda items, discussion will take place regarding auction sales on the internet. This ongoing discussion has seen new developments over the past couple of months, and will be reported on following the meeting. We are working with the Consumer Protection Branch to clarify interpretation of legislation regarding this method of sales.
Discussion will be held, and further decisions will be made regarding the virtual AGM to be held on November 24, 2021. Start time and proposed notices of motion will be forwarded to all members at least one month prior to the date. Plans are to hold an online fundraising auction, the details of which will be included in correspondence to members. Please keep this date open in your calendar, and plan to attend this important meeting.
