The Legislation Committee of the SAA will meet May 5, 2021, via Zoom meeting. Two main agenda items will be discussed: Changes in SAA Bylaws to include mention of On-line auction sales in Saskatchewan, and the intention to begin discussion with the Consumer Protection Branch on regulations to include various auction formats in the Auctioneers Act of Saskatchewan. Decisions made will be reported to the Board of Directors meeting that will be held on June 9, 2021.
